AOP PROVENCE olive oil Label, currently undergoing organic conversion
Located between the Luberon and Sainte Victoire, in the commune of Pertuis 84 120, in the heart of beautiful Provence, our family olive-growing estate extends over 6.5 hectares of olive trees.
For 25 years, we have cherished three varieties of olive trees: Aglandau, Picholine, and Bouteillan. These olive tree species are all native to our PACA region, which produces an olive oil with the unique character of Provence.

Committed to environmentally friendly agriculture, we are proud to be in organic conversion, while carrying the AOP Provence label, as a harvesting producer.

Our Fruity Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil stands out for several key features. It combines authentic Provençal terroir, respectful cultivation of our olive trees, and manual harvesting using battery-powered vibrating combs.
Once harvested, the olives are pressed using cold mechanical pressing processes (temperature below 27°C) which allows the aromas and nutritional qualities (antioxidants, polyphenols and vitamins) to be preserved.

Our Fruity Green Olive Oil is an extra virgin oil obtained from olives harvested early, generally before they are fully ripe (still green). It is characterized by intense, herbaceous aromas, often reminiscent of artichoke, green tomato, or almond.
On the palate, it generally presents a beautiful aromatic intensity of fresh olives, with a bitterness and pungency due to its richness in polyphenols, natural antioxidants that are beneficial for health.

The Label "Olive Oil of Provence" is a demanding label, obtained only after numerous controls. The oils must comply with strict specifications regarding the origin of the olives, the varieties used, and the production methods. Before being certified, each oil is analyzed in a laboratory to verify its chemical quality, then tasted by a panel of experts to assess its flavor. This double verification guarantees an authentic, high-quality oil that is representative of the Provençal terroir.
