Our family history...

In the heart of Provence, between the majestic Sainte-Victoire and the wild hills of the Luberon, sits our family estate, Cavaléry . This countryside, so dear to us, is made up of more than two thousand olive trees rooted in an exceptional terroir.

After more than 55 years of work, three generations and several activities on the Estate, we are proud to present our olive grove dating back more than 25 years. At the initiative of Jean BOETTI, a passionate about work, agriculture and above all, a great lover of olive trees. The years pass but the passion remains intact: "seeing them develop over the years is an immense opportunity." This century-old tree, emblem of Provence, is also the emblem of our countryside. Over the generations, our family has shaped this landscape with passion and know-how, cultivating each tree with respect for tradition and nature.

On these sun-drenched lands, caressed by the Mistral wind, our olive trees produce an olive oil of unique aromatic richness.

Each harvest is the fruit of a deep commitment, rigorous work and an unwavering love for our countryside, where history, authenticity and the demand for quality are combined.
